Global Crew was formed in 2015 by Phil Ayre, who has spent his entire working life in the building and construction sector.

In 1980, he gained his apprenticeship with Fletcher Construction, was Apprentice of the Year twice and completed his carpentry qualifications. More recently Phil acquired the Licensed Building Practitioner status.

Phil is committed to the building industry in New Zealand and dedicated to training apprentices.

In Auckland, Global Crew has recently completed multiple commercial buildings and warehouses as well as managing our ongoing residential build and alteration business.
